Ribbon cutting: Canterbury Apartments

Greystone Affordable Development, a provider of affordable housing recapitalization, rehabilitation and development services, Boyd Management, and WWJ, LLC held a ribbon-cutting event at the Canterbury Apartments in Camden on Oct. 18, to celebrate the completed rehabilitation of 18 Low Income Housing Tax Credit properties across 15 different counties throughout South Carolina. This $77.3 million tax-exempt bond transaction substantially renovated 762 aging and at-risk affordable multifamily housing units that are now owned and operated by WWJ, LLC. Floyd joins AgSouth Camden

AgSouth Farm Credit Regional Business Development Manager Al Baldwin announced that Spencer Floyd has accepted a position as a loan officer with AgSouth Farm Credit. Floyd has been a marketing specialist with AgSouth for the past two years, where he assisted in growing the association's portfolio in the northernmost regions of AgSouth's territory in both Georgia and South Carolina.
